A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Paralegal to join the Aviation practice group team with a market-leading law firm in Dublin. You will provide support to a close-knit team of six fee-earners and two partners, and you’ll have the chance to collaborate across the wider aviation group, offering great exposure and variety.

The responsibilities:

•      Supporting solicitors with transaction management and document preparation

•      Handling document management and assisting in due diligence and post-closing work

•      Drafting and proofreading legal documents

•      Conducting legal and commercial research

•      Assisting with process mapping and administrative tasks across the team

 

The ideal candidate:

•      At least 2 years’ experience in a legal support role (aviation or finance experience a plus)

•      Legal qualification (degree or diploma) is preferred but not essential

•      Great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and multitask

•      A flexible and proactive mindset, with a genuine interest in aviation and finance law
