Key Responsibilities:

•      Provide high-quality company secretarial support to a portfolio of clients,

•      Assist the Corporate team and Partners on transactions and governance matters.

•      Set up new corporate entities and manage statutory filings in line with legal and regulatory obligations.

•      Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate governance standards and relevant regulations.

•      Collaborate with teams across the firm on a range of client and internal projects.


Ideal Candidate:

•      1–3 years’ and 5+ years' experience in a company secretarial role, ideally from a law firm, corporate services, or in-house.

•      CGI qualified or working towards the qualification (support will be provided if needed).

•      A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach.

•      Team-oriented, with a genuine interest in developing strong client relationships.

•      Technically sound and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
