We have partnered with a prestigious global law firm that is seeking an Asset Finance Lawyer to join its growing Dublin team. Committed to diversity and inclusion, they attract and retain world-class talent.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to contribute to a highly successful asset finance team, advising private equity investors, operating lessors, financial institutions and airlines on complex asset finance structures.


You will manage transactions end-to-end, advise clients on Irish legal aspects, prepare and negotiate Irish security documentation and engage in business development activities.


The ideal candidate will have:

- 3–5 years’ PQE in asset finance, banking, or structured finance (ideally coming from a top-tier firm in Ireland, the UK or internationally)

- Strong academic background with excellent drafting skills

- A collaborative and detail-oriented approach
