Key Responsibilities:
- You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic, commercial and solutions-focused legal advice across a wide variety of matters.
- You will support technology transactions, including software licensing and SaaS agreements, ensuring compliance with data privacy law, collaborating with sales and tech teams to navigate legal risks.
- You will also advise and support the management of the Irish entity, as well as contribute to broader legal strategy, including policy development and management.
Ideal Candidate:
- We are seeking a qualified lawyer with strong commercial transactions experience and ideally a blend of private practice and in-house exposure.
- Data privacy and regulated industry experience are desirable.
- A strong communicator, commercially minded, collaborative and proactive.
