The Role:

You will be exposed to a variety of quality matters and transactions, such as

  • outsourcing and managed services agreements,
  • major IT procurements,
  • as-a-service arrangements,
  • technology commercialisation,
  • digitisation initiatives.
  • You will also advise on all aspects of data commercialisation and data protection, including with respect to privacy and security.
  • You will work with diverse clients including; a number of leading financial institutions, large telecommunication companies, resource and utility companies, blue chip corporates, public sector entities and start-ups


The Person:

  • 2-4 years PQE with demonstrated experience working in a commercial, competition or technology practice.
  • Your current practice will focus on telecommunications, technology, data protection and privacy, as well as advising clients on competition and consumer issues and general commercial matters.
  • Coupled with your commercial experience and strong drafting and technical skills, you will have a natural ability and desire to build strong client relationships and be passionate about building your career in the area.
