This is a senior role that provides an opportunity to deliver strategic and technical leadership on client matters while contributing to the development of junior lawyers. You will work closely with clients to deliver practical, commercially focused legal solutions and support broader business objectives. You will act as the subject matter expert for commercial drafting and document review; preparing, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including contracts, leases, licences and terms and conditions.
