This role would give you an opportunity to get involved with an outstanding quality of work through their impressive global distribution of products. You will deal with interesting and diverse clients world-wide and have the pleasure to deal with, and learn from, incredible colleagues across the organisation.
You will be part of the organisation’s European Legal team, which provides legal services supporting their European fund complexes, and their global distribution.
The company is expanding its business and product range so they are now seeking an experienced Funds lawyer, to be based in their Dublin office. Their funds include UCITS funds as well as AIFs, providing a range of investment solutions including fixed income, equity related, asset allocation and ETFs.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
You will have between 3-7 years PQE practicing investment funds law in a corporate law firm and/or have relevant experience in a similar role within the investment management industry;
Excellent interpersonal skills and you will be collaborative, professional and a team player which is essential;
You will have a high degree of client service orientation and responsiveness;
You are solution oriented, pragmatic and highly motivated individual committed to high standards;
You see yourself as a trusted advisor with ability to show appropriate judgement in complex situations.
