In this role, you will work on comprehensive employment law services covering everything from employee engagement and contracts to workplace safety and dispute resolution. You will collaborate with clients to develop innovative strategies that prioritize risk reduction and compliance. Engage in legal advocacy by representing clients at conferences before courts or tribunals, conducting thorough case law research, offering legal analysis, and preparing court documents and settlement agreements. Requirements:
• 5-8 PQE work experience as an Employment solicitor
• Risk-aware, compliant with group risk management protocols
• Proficient in legal drafting and file management
• Strong mentoring, and coaching skills
• Proactive approach with a willingness to innovate and learn
