Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitors in Ireland with 1 PQE experience within a corporate law in a range of transactions, including M&A, corporate restructuring, agreements and investment transactions 
  • Excellent academics background
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client service
  • Excellent legal research and strong drafting skills and excellent oral and verbal communication
