Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their dynamic and growing Client Development Team. With the natural ability to inspire and lead, you will report directly to the Head of Client Development and focus on driving a culture of client engagement and supporting revenue and market growth through innovative strategies.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of client priorities to ensure value-driven partnerships.
• Collaborate with partners and client teams to activate account strategies
• Lead business planning activities, including account plans, client workshops, and feedback analysis.
• Drive sector growth strategies and coordinate activities within industry groups.
• Implement best practices in client development, leveraging CRM systems and data insights.
• Stay informed on industry trends and share relevant updates within the firm.
• Facilitate meetings and build connections to identify new opportunities.
• Champion a feedback-driven culture and promote CRM adoption across teams
The ideal candidate will have business development experience in a law firm or similar, with expertise in sales methodologies and a proven record of driving revenue. They should excel in strategy setting, relationship building, data analysis, problem-solving, with strong communication and project management skills.
