With a growing practice, our client has two newly created positions for Employment Lawyers to join this high-profile practice advising blue-chip clients on matters such as:
contracts and policies – customised agreements, contracts, term sheets, confidentiality agreements, policies;
workplace agreements – advising in relation to modern awards and enterprise agreements;
workplace change – corporate restructuring, redundancies and secondments;
mergers and acquisitions – employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions;
employee performance – management and termination;
Corporations Act and Listing Rules – remuneration and termination cap issues;
workplace investigations; and
litigation – in the Fair Work Commission, discrimination tribunals and ordinary courts
Workplace health and safety.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
3-5 years post qualified experience in employment/workplace law;
excellent technical legal skills, including commercial litigation experience;
strong academic record; and
excitement and enthusiasm to join a rapidly growing firm.
