Job Title: Employment Investigator Lawyer, Dublin
Our Client, a highly respected law firm is currently searching for a Legal Investigator for their leading Employment Group.
The Legal Investigator will work with organisations in employment related issues, which include complaints of misconduct, bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, victimisation and penalisation.
This role requires the ability to recognise and define problems; gather and analyse sophisticated data; establish facts; and draw valid conclusions.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to present findings and support the decision-making process in an objective manner by producing comprehensive and critical reports or presenting facts to executives verbally. Along with the ability to respond effectively to, and interact with, all levels of organisational staff.
This role would suit a qualified solicitor or barrister with 3 to 5 years PQE who understand business and is interested in developing a practice.
