This leading team of lawyers are now searching for an outstanding Employment Lawyer to join their busy Group in Dublin. The position will focus on employment issues in commercial transactions and employment litigation.
The role will offer the opportunity to work on:
Employment legal aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings;
Employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the Civil Courts;
Executive employment contracts and severance agreements;
Employment issues for financially regulated companies;
Applicants should be qualified Solicitors and have:
An excellent academic background;
Region two/three years’ experience in employment law work;
Exposure to corporate transactions would be advantageous;
A high level of commercial awareness;
Very strong technical and drafting ability;
Excellent communication and organisational skills;
A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met;
An ability to work as part of a team and show a high level of initiative;
