This is a senior solicitor opportunity welcoming someone with a flair for advising leading Irish and international, developers, investors and funders in the construction sector.
Drafting, advising on and negotiating development agreements, key construction contracts and consultant appointments on behalf of both public and private sector clients for commercial developments, wind farms, energy projects and residential developments
Advising on all local and international industry standard forms of construction and infrastructure contracts including contract specific insurance requirements, risk allocation and limitation of liability
Advising on current legislation and regulatory requirements relevant to the construction industry
Drafting, advising on and negotiating performance bonds, collateral warranties and supporting documentation for development agreements and construction contracts
Carrying out legal due diligence and advising on construction documentation for existing and prospective construction projects on behalf of funders, investors, purchasers and developers
Qualified Solicitor in a Common Law Jurisdiction
5+ years’ PQE and with proven experience in construction law
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
You will give superb attention to detail at all times
Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
Good communication skills essential
