Job Title: Partner Investment Funds, Dublin

A top law firm with a difference is looking to make a Partner level hire in their mature Investment Funds practice. This is a highly resourced practice with an expert team with deep understanding in advising fund managers on the formation and ongoing management of investment funds, including UCITS and alternative investment funds.

This opportunity can suit a Senior Associate who is ready for the step up to Partner, or it suits a Partner who is looking for a transparent and supportive environment on an excellent platform with international reach.

The firm offers space to grow quickly and is keen to give support and autonomy to someone who wants to be in charge of their own success. The Funds practice offers expert advice so the firm requires a confident funds lawyer to join the firm.

You will get exposure to top level work and clients both domestically and internationally. You will offer confident advise on complex investment fund formations and structures.

The Candidate

• You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in private practice and investment funds
• You will have excellent academics
• You will have an expert view on the investment funds landscape locally and globally
• You will have a strong analytical ability and be a great communicator
• You will have a very high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• And you will enjoy working as part of a close team and coaching others to ensure the practice enjoys a great working atmosphere
