Job Title: In-House Property Lawyer, Sydney

Our client is currently seeking an in-house lawyer that has experience in Property, Litigation and Corporation Law.

They are a leading financing group that provides a complete range of commercial advisory, research, property investment and development services.  Their clients are professional individuals, accountants and financial dealer groups in Australia, New Zealand and across Asia.

They are seeking an in-house lawyer that can prepare and manage their legal services with relation to property transactions in the following areas:

The successful candidate will also have knowledge pertaining to Corporations law (i.e. Issue of PDS), compliance with raising retail and wholesale funds, and AFSL Licensing issues.  A sound knowledge of general litigation issues and experience in the litigation in relation to building contracts and in relation to property and commercial matters is also required.

To be successful in this role, you will have approximately 5-6+ years’ PQE in most of the above areas.
